Thank you for your consideration in supporting the Mount Airy Main Street Association (MAMSA). With your contribution we will continue to accomplish great things!

Throughout 2023, we worked hard to showcase all Main Street has to offer in a variety of ways. Hosting events such as the Chocolate Crawl, Search for the Golden Ticket, the Wine and Cheese on Main, Boot Scootin’ on Main, Oktoberfest, and the collaboration for the 2023 Mt. Airy Soiree and much more; MAMSA brought over 10,000 people to Main Street. We know the value of a strong community. In addition, the Farmers’ Market, held on for 18 consecutive Wednesday afternoons from late May to September, brings an average of 600-750 patrons per market day to Main Street. By creating ad campaigns, including “Shop. Dine. Tour. Enjoy!”, we successfully promoted Downtown Businesses on WFRE and local print ads, reaching hundreds of thousands of residents in multiple counties.

MAMSA continually strives to increase partnerships and build trust through collaboration. Are you interested in building relationships with our Main Street business owners? Could you and your business benefit by establishing connections? MAMSA membership meetings are open to all and are a great way to meet new people and stay up to date on the latest and greatest happenings on Main! These are held on the third Monday of most even months (Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct), 6:00-7:00 p.m.

By joining you help fulfill our mission to foster interest in downtown Mount Airy. MAMSA is a volunteer organization and 100% of membership dues and donations go right back into supporting Historic Downtown Mount Airy. Voting during membership meetings and for the election of MAMSA officials is only open to active members.
​
As a token of our appreciation, merchant members' logos will proudly be displayed on our website, linking visitors to your business page. Invitations will be extended for all membership, networking events, and our private annual end of year appreciation party.

Mount Airy Main Street Association's Membership Meetings are held every other month (even months - February, April, June, August, October & December) on the third Monday of the month, 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Upper Deck, 237 S. Main Street, Mount Airy, Maryland 21771

Current Membership Period: January 1 - December 31 (Changed to Calendar Year as of January 1, 2020). *Any member who joins for October- December 2023 are grandfathered into membership for the 2024 Calendar Year.
