The Mount Airy Main Street Association (MAMSA) has a new, dynamic website!
This newly designed website allows visitors to find late breaking news, event details, and encourages the local community to come down and Make it Memorable on Main Street!
"We are open for business," stated Pamela Reed, President, Mount Airy Main Street Association. "We want visitors to the region to make Downtown Mount Airy Main Street their destination to shop, eat drink, tour and enjoy!"
The new site also includes information about the benefits of and how to become a MAMSA member, inclusive of merchants and residents!
"We are upscaling the business environment in Downtown Mount Airy, bringing new life into our historic Town of Mount Airy, Maryland," conveyed Reed, "We want to ensure the businesses have the resources they need to make it on Main Street."
Reed touted the Mount Airy Main Street Resource Center with a comprehensive digital library containing a broad range of member resources and toolkits. "The library which offers Main Street America Main Street Approach handbooks and guides, will be evolving, including newly released revitalization tool-kits, and much more." In addition, the site offers information about the where visitors may find local attractions, learn about the town's unique history and even where to take a nature hike nearby ... on the Mount Airy Old Main Line Rails-to-Trails. Mount Airy Main Street Association (MAMSA) members are a dedicated group of volunteer residents and business owners interested in working with the Town and other stakeholders to revitalize Historic Downtown Mount Airy's business district. MAMSA strives to establish Downtown as a gathering place and center of community life, promote commerce for local businesses, sponsor cultural events for residents and visitors, and create a small town destination that is easily accessible by car, bike, and foot.
